At SelectFurnitureStore, we want you to love your new home additions, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and assembly instructions back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
